No! What you see at checkout is what you pay. The price includes product price and shipping cost (calculated by weight). Import duties, if applicable in your country, are the buyer's responsibility.

Due to the nature of international shipping, ASTIN does not accept returns after successful delivery. Please review product details carefully, check size guides, and contact us with questions before purchasing. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us immediately with photos.

Every order comes with a tracking number. Check your email for tracking information, use the Track Order page on our website, or contact our support team for updates.

Registration is free! Visit our Seller Registration page, fill in your personal and business details, add your bank account information, submit for verification, and once approved, start listing products!

ASTIN charges only 10% commission on successful sales. No registration fees, no listing fees, no monthly charges. Commission is charged only after successful delivery. You keep 90% of the sale price.

After successful delivery, 90% of sale price (your share) is processed and sent directly to your registered bank account. Payout is processed within 2 months of successful delivery.

ASTIN handles all logistics! Receive order notification, pack the product securely, our courier partner picks up from your location, and we handle international shipping and delivery. You don't need to visit any courier office!

Popular categories include cotton clothing & ethnic wear, jewelry & accessories, handicrafts & home decor, footwear, and electronics. Prohibited items: perishables, hazardous materials, counterfeit goods.

Estimated delivery times: UAE, Bahrain 7-12 days; Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman 7-14 days; Sri Lanka, Bangladesh 5-10 days; Pakistan 7-14 days. Times may vary due to customs or holidays.

Shipping is weight-based with combo savings: 0-400g at base rate (combine light items!), 400g-1kg at standard rate, 1kg+ at heavy rate. Items up to 400g total ship for the same base rate!

Yes, all international shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit. If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately with photos.

Import duties and taxes (if applicable) are the buyer's responsibility. Most personal shipments clear smoothly. GCC countries often have duty-free thresholds. We provide accurate product descriptions for customs.

We accept Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Google Pay, and Bank Transfer (select countries).

Yes, all payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We never store your full card details.

Full payment is collected at checkout. The amount you see (product + shipping) is the final amount charged. No surprise fees later.

Refunds are processed for orders cancelled before shipment, items lost in transit (insured), and significantly different products than described. Contact support with details and evidence for refund requests.
