Is there any registration fee?

No. Registration is free. ASTIN applies its agreed facilitation fee only after a successful sale.

When will I receive my payment?

Settlement is paid to your Indian bank account after successful delivery confirmation, as set out in your Seller Agreement.

What if the product is not delivered?

If delivery fails due to any reason (wrong address, refusal, etc.), no facilitation fee is applied. Product is returned to you.

Do I need to handle international shipping?

No. We handle everything. Our courier picks up from your location and we manage the entire shipping process.
